Duel Night series · Vega Publishing
The Couple's Duel Book
Fifty head-to-head duels for two players, printed on a facing-page design so each of you reads only from your own side of the spread. Sign the Duel Contract before the first round, battle through a full tournament arc, and crown the winner with the Champion's Belt and a winner's certificate to fill in. Two pens, one table, and a little friendly trouble.

The rules of the ring
How a duel works
The whole game runs on one clever idea: you never share a page. The 50 duels build from easy warm ups to nerve-testing finals, so the match has a real shape and a real champion at the end. Here is everything you need before the first bell.
The facing spread
Every duel lives across a two page spread. Player One reads the left page, Player Two reads the right. Neither of you sees the other's prompt, so nobody can copy and nobody can peek their way to a win.
Scoring
Most duels are worth 1, 2, or 3 points based on how hard they are. Scattered through the book are 5 point title fights that can swing the whole match, so the player who is behind always has a way back in.
Fouls
Peeking at the other page, blurting an answer out of turn, or stalling past the time limit hands the point to your opponent. Play it clean and the belt means more.
The Truce rule
Either player may call one Truce per match to skip a single duel they cannot stand. No points are awarded and no argument is allowed. You only get one, so spend it wisely.
Forfeits
When the final score is in, the overall loser owes one forfeit. Nothing cruel, just a friendly price for coming second. Pick one from the back of the book, or from the bonus list further down this page.
The tournament arc
Keep a running score across all 50 duels. Whoever leads at the final bell claims the Champion's Belt and signs the winner's certificate. Rematches are free, since the belt is always up for grabs.

Your extra score sheet
The book has its own scoring pages, but a good rivalry never really ends. Print this spare sheet for rematches, house tournaments, or the night you talk a fourth friend into playing the winner. Ten bonus forfeit ideas are included, so the loser always has a price to pay.
